The Camden HUD Office is seeking the services of a closing agent to conduct settlements on HUD owned properties located in: City of Camden (Area 1), Camden, Burlington, Gloucester and Mercer Counties (Area 2), and Atlantic, Cape May, Cumberland, Ocean and Salem Counties (Area 3). The contractor must maintain facilities which provide reasonably convenient service to HUD and its clients in the area to be served.
