The Export-Import Bank of the United States (Ex-Im Bank) plans to procure the following services for the design and production of Ex-Im Bank's Fiscal Year 1995 Annual Report. The scope of work will include, but is not limited to; project management from initial concept discussion through design development, art direction and production, photography, typography, printing, binding and delivery. All work will be developed in consultation with, and subject to approval by the Bank's Vice President of Public Affairs and the Public Affairs Coordinator for the project. The theme of the report will be ``Keeping America Competitive,'' keeping U.S. exporters in the trade ball game, especially in important emerging markets around the world. Ex-Im Bank will be responsible for research and writing text and financial sections. The contractor may be required to provide additional research, rewriting or editing services to complete the text and ensure a uniform flow. The target date for delivery of printed reports for the contract is December 15, 1995. All interested contractors should plan on attending a pre-proposal conference on July 25, 1995 at 11:00 a.m., 811 Vermont Avenue, N.W., Room 1143, Washington, DC 20571. The conference will enable prospective bidders to submit questions and examine copies of the Bank's previous reports. The estimated cost range is between $25,000 and $100,000. The RFP anticipated issuance date is July 19, 1995 and the closing date will be August 8, 1995.
