The work includes the construction of a new one story steel frame building on a combination reinforced concrete grade beam and footing foundation; exterior walls are brick masonry with CMU back-up; interior walls are CMU; the roof system consists of a four ply built-up roof over rigid insulation and metal decking supported by open web steel joists, steel beems and girders; finish floors are concrete, and ceramic tile; interior walls are to be painted; ceilings are exposed structure and gypsum board which are to be painted; ceilings are exposed structure and gypsum board which are to be painted and acoustical lay-in tile; wet pipe sprinkler system, equipment storage cage, compressed air system, plumbing, heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems; electrical systems; site work, parking, paving, landscaping, walks and incidental related work.
