Work includes, but is not limited to, construction of structural steel framing, installation of concrete foundations, canopy roof system, access driveway, incinerator system, new gas main, associated electrical power and lighting, and an incinerator system. Contractor shall furnish and erect incinerator system with gas piping, electrical power, and control wiring. New fencing and modifications to existing fence, and grading and drainage shall also be required by the Contractor. Project is estimated between $100,000 and $250,000. The performance period is 180 calendar days. The SIC is 1542/$17.0 million. This acquisition is issued pursuant to the Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988 and subsequent award will be subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program; therefore, this solicitation is UNRESTRICTED. Funds are not presently available for this acquisition. No contract award will be made until appropriated funds are made available for which payment for contract purposes can be made.
