The work includes a new HVAC system for the gym with exposed spiral duct and a new gas furnace that will provide hot water for heating the MWR/Library spaces. Expose the trusses, insulate between rafters and sheetrock the underside of the roof. Provide new bright lighting. Cover the walls with metal wall paneling. Provide new state of the art portable spectator seating on the south side of the gym. Redo the entrances to the mens and womens locker rooms. Provide an electric water cooler in the gym. Widen the gym entrance to the Nautilus Center with an open and wider stairway. Repair gym flooring and re-mark and re-finish. Eliminate windows overlooking the gym from the Nautilus Center. There is a $80.00 (Non-refundable) fee per set of plans and specifications. Make your company check or money order payable to the Navy Industrial Fund. (Cash and personal checks will not be accepted.) Plans and specifications will be available 30 days prior to the approximate bid opening date and until supplies are exhausted.
