Corbin (Site Code DAKF10) The Army requires a contract to construct quickstart program building, Evans Field, Fort Stewart, Georgia. Work requires the construction of pre- engineered building to be used as simulator training facility, approximately 60'x50'x20' side wall, (single slope frame), 3000 square feet. Work shall include site preparation for drainage, slab-on-grade construction. Building shall be rigid frame with metal siding and roofing, insulated. Flooring shall be sealed concrete. Walls shall be insulated metal wall liners on inside or insulated metal sidewalls. Ceiling shall be insulated metal roofing sheets. Utilities will be electrical lighting and power, central heating and air conditioning (electric), recycling preaction sprinkler system, and a fire alarm system, complete. Performance shall be completed within 180 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. All responsible business concerns may submit a bid which will be considered. The magnitude of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. There is a non-refundable fee of $25.00 for this solicitation.
