The principal components of the work to be performed include the following: Construct a building addition to the existing Refuge Headquarters at Seedskadee National Wildlife Refuge. This addition is approximately 250 square feet containing two accessible restrooms and an entry area. The new addition shall be fully accessible per the 1988 Uniform Federal Accessibility Standards.
