PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE: Furnish all labor, materials and equipment necessary to reroof the lean-tos adjacent to Hangars 1 & 2 and replace the gutter and downspout systems on Hangar Nos. 1 & 2 at the U.S. Coast Guard Pacific Strike Team, Novato, CA. Work includes removal and replacement of gutter and downspout system from hangars; removal of existing ballast (gravel), insulation, EPDM single-ply roofing and flashing from lean-to roof on hangar; and paint new gutter and downspout system. The estimated cost of this procurement is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. Performance period is 90 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. This procurement is subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration program and is open to large and small business participation. The applicable SIC code is 1761.
