The work includes demolition, removal and disposal of asbestos materials and lead paint, sitework, concrete, carpentry, metal doors and frames, wood doors, acoustical treatments, carpet, resilient flooring, painting, toilet fixtures, accessories and partitions, improvements to mechanical and electrical systems and all other work to provide a fully functional administration facility. Building 139 is a barracks building that has been converted to administrative space. Purpose of this project is to renovate the building to better suit it to administrative space, yet retain and preserve the historical characteristics of the building. Magnitude of the project is estimated to be between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. Duration of the project is 365 calendar days.
