Work consist of, but is not limited to, dismantling, cleaning, removing and disposing of old dry cleaning equipment; removing, cleaning and disposal of two above ground and one underground process tanks, work also includes backfilling, excavating and any associated utilities in connection with equipment. Removal and replacement of interior concrete floor. Contractor shall perform utility modifications (capping off electrical power lines and water lines) in connection with work stated above. Contractor shall coordinate with appropriate regulatory agencies for permits and notifications for removal and abatement of hazardous materials. The period of performance is 120 calendar days. Forth coming contract will be firm-fixed price. The estimated range for this project is $100,000 to $250,000. This acquisition is issued pursuant to the ''Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988'' and subsequent award will be subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Therefore, this solicitation is Unrestricted. For the purpose of determining Small Business size, SIC 1796, for this acquisition, the average annual receipts of a concern and its affiliates for the preceding three fiscal years must not exceed $7 million. This project is subject to availability of funds. All responsible concerns may obtain a bid by submitting a nonrefundable change of $25.00 in the form of a money order, certified or cashier's check made payable to the Defense Accounting Office.(0191)
