Wheeler (405) 442-3225 (Site Code W804A6) The work to be performed includes the following principal features: Excavation of exterior grade beams at pile locations shown on the drawings. Saw cutting 4 ft x 4 ft openings in floor slabs at pile locations shown on the drawings. Excavation of the interior grade beams at pile locations shown on the drawings. Advancement of piles and stabilization of building. Replacement and compaction of soil at pile locations shown on the drawings. Repair of floor slab openings including doweling of sawcut edges of openings and placement of 3000 psi concrete. The foregoing outline of principal features does not in any way limit the responsibility of the Contractor to perform all work and furnish all materials required by the drawings and specifications and to perform other work items which may be required or associated with this type of work. The estimated issue date for this project is 31 July 1995. A non-refundable fee of $25.00 will be charged for each bid package requested by a bidder. Such fees shall be in the form of a check or postal money order payable to the U.S. Treasury and mailed to the Directorate of Contracting, ATTN: Contract Support Division (Laurie Wheeler), PO Box 33189, Fort Sill, OK 73503-0189.
