The Officer in Charge requires the Contractor to provide all labor, supervision, tools, materials, equipment and transporation necessary to perform all operations to demolish specified buildings and restore sites aboard Naval Station, Norfolk, Virginia. Demolition to include removing, cutting and capping underground utilities at mains; removing overhead steam lines and supports, and removing asbestos in roofing and steam line insulation materials. Restoration to include filling, grading and seeding after demolition. Work will be accomplished by means of a Firm-Fixed Price/Indefinite Quantity contract for a period not to exceed six (6) months. This procurement is NOT Set Aside for Small Business Concerns. Plans and specifications will be ready on or about 25 July 1995. The estimated Bid Opening Date is 25 August 1995.
