Work under this project includes all labor, materials, equipment, and supplies necessary to replace elevator equipment room, fire suppression supply from main to building, additional stairs and railings, exterior furred wall space, new elevator cab, motor, guides, controls and accessories, metal stud walls and gypsum board, wall floor and ceiling finishes, suspended T-bar and acoustic panel ceilings, thermal insulation, restroom and breakroom accessories, plumbing fixtures, drains, vents and piping, sump pumps, multi-zone HVAC system, wet pipe automatic fire suppression system, electrical power supply and lighting.
