EFFECTIVE 1 OCTOBER 1994, All SOLICITATIONS ISSUED FROM FT. MONMOUTH FOR ACQUISITIONS OVER THE SMALL PURCHASE THRESHOLD WILL Be SOLICITED VIA THE EBB. AFTER 1 OCTOBER 1994, ONLY THOSE PARTIES WHO Do NOT HAVE THE EQUIPMENT NECESSARY To ACCESS THE EBB WILL BE FORWARDED HARD COPIES UPON REQUEST. HOWEVER, As OF 1 JAN 1995 HARD COPY WILL NO LONGER BE DISTRIBUTED. (Exceptions are Post, Camp and Station acquisitions.) All interested parties wishing to do business with CECOM are invited to access, operate, send and receive data from the CECOM EBB system. To become a user of the EBB you will need an identification code and password in addition to a computer terminal equipped with the necessary hardware and software to interface with the EBB system.
