58 -- TELECOMMUNICATIONS EQUIPMENT-PBX MAINTENANCE SOL 9504.440. POC FAX to 202-260-7869. DynCorp Information and Engineering Technology (DynCorp), under contract to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), intends to subcontract for maintenance services and equipment coverage for support of approximately 30 EPA-owned and operated PBX systems installed nationally. Vendor must provide remote and on site maintenance of NEC NEAX2400, Northern Telecom Meridian/SL-1, AT&T System 25/75, and Mitel SX-200D PBX systems with options for coverage including parts only, 8-5 full coverage, and 24 hour full coverage. Full coverage would include all parts and services required to support and maintain the PBX systems for the period specified. The vendor(s) must be authorized by the above manufacturers to support their products and have personnel certified to maintain and support the above products. All details, specifications and terms and conditions will be provided in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered.
