B -- CONTRACTED ADVISORY AND ASSISTANCE SERVICES (CAAS) IN SUPPORT OF HQ AIR COMBAT COMMAND (HQ ACC) Sol F44650-95-R0004. Due 083195. The Government requires Contracted Advisory and Assitance Services (CAAS) for Headquarters Air Combat Command (HQ ACC) staff directorates, in support of various missions, Combat Air Forces (CAF), and command, control, communications, and intelligence activities. CAAS types defined by FAR 37.102(b), (c), and (d) are included in this contract and the SIC code is 8742, size standard is $5 million. We anticipate a five year ``Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Firm Fixed-Price (FFP) Task Order Contract With The Option To Issue Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) Task Orders.'' Award will be made on a ``Best Value'' basis. Evaluation factors include management, technical, and cost. Two awards will be completed on an unrestricted basis: $500,000 minimum order amount for each unresricted award. A third and separate award will be competed amongst small businesses: The minimum order amount will be $350,000 for this award. The contract ceiling for the entire effort is $150,000,000. A presolicitation conference will be held at Langley. AFB on 31 Jul 95. The conference will be held in Bldg 62, the ``Community Activity Center.'' Contractors must register by email or fax with 1st Lt Schmidt or Captain Reggie Selby by COB on 26 Jul 95. Registration requests must include the name and phone number for each attendee. Maps may be obtained at the LaSalle gate to Langley AFB on the morning of the conference. Firms are limited to two representatives. All correspondence with the contracting office must be done in writing and addressed to 1st Lt Schmidt or Capt Reggie Selby.
