Forhan, under statutory authority 41 USC, 253(c)(1), as implemented under FAR 6.302-1, to provide legal research in support of the implementation of our new policies on contract review, success fee/cost share arrangements and other specific program and adminstrative issues. TDA has determined that it is likely that award to a source other than the original source would result in (i) substantial duplication of cost to the Government which is not expected to be recovered through competition, and (ii) unacceptable delays in fulfilling the agency's needs. The period of performance is from August 15, 1995 to August 15, 1996. The proposed contract action is for one source under authority of FAR 6.302-1. This synopsis is a notice of intent to place a contract and shall not be considered a request for offers. (0192)
