B -- PROJECT INVESTIGATION/EVALUATION CONTRACTOR POC Della Glenn, USTDA, Room 309, SA-16, Washington, D.C. 20523-1602, Tel: (703) 875-4357, Fax No.: (703) 875-4009 The U.S. Trade and Development Agency (TDA) intends to procure, on a sole source basis, follow-on services from Delphos International, under statutory 41 USC 253(c)(1), as implemented under FAR 6.302-1, to provide project evaluation services for up to 300 TDA project activities. TDA has determined that it is likely that award to a source other than the original source would result in (i) substantial duplication of cost to the Government which is not expected to be recovered through competition, and (ii) unacceptable delays in fulfilling the agency's needs. The period of performance is from September 15, 1995 to June 15, 1996. The proposed contract action is for one source under authority of FAR 6.302-1. This synopsis is a notice of intent to place a contract and shall not be considered a request for offers. (0192)
