software support and maintenance against Computer Associates
International Inc.'s GSA Schedule for the period of October 1, 1995
through September 30, 1996. No solicitation documents are available and
request for such will be considered non-responsive. Responses must be
in writing, must be received within 15 calendar days of publication of
this notice, and must include pricing and documentation in sufficient
detail to allow evaluation of service. All responses from responsible
sources will be fully considered. As a result of analyzing responses
to this synopsis of intent, the contracting officer may determine that
a solicitation will be issued. If a solicitation is issued, no
additional synopsis will be published. Any such solicitation will be
issued to the intended schedule vendor and all firms that respond to
this synopsis of intent or otherwise request a copy of the
solicitation. Determination to open requirements to competition based
on responses received is solely within the discretion of the
