The Financial Management Service (FMS) intends to enter into a sole source contract with Texas Instruments, 2980 Fairview Park Drive, Suite 1100, Falls Church, VA 22042 for technical support and training utilizing the Texas Instruments Information Engineering Facility (IEF) Case tool. This technical support will be used to continue development of the Payroll Tracking System Project currently underway at FMS. This project is being developed with the IEF CASE tool and training is needed to assist FMS in learning the CASE tool for future application. This contract is for a base plus one option year.
