Sources Sought: The National Guard Bureau is contemplating issuing a solicitation for Computerized Maintenance Management Software (CMMS) for all Air National Guard Civil Engineering offices. The sofware must have the following intitial features: (1) Software must be a true windows program, not a DOS program running in windows: (2) Software must be compatible with MS Office programs: (3) Programs database must be accessible to other programs to use outside of the CMMS program. Example: Bring data into MS Excel spreadsheet to manipulate and work with. (4) Software must be compatible with a Banyan Vines network, and allow for program setup on different PC as a workstation setup connected to the network: (5) Program needs to allow multiple user access: (6) Program must have on-line help function (7) Program must have telephone support available (8) Formal training needs to be available, if desired (9) Program is provided with complete program documentation: (10) Program source code is available. Sources capable of providing the CMMS and associated support should provide the following: 1. Name, address, phone and fax numbers and point of contact. 2. Provide two (2) copies of commercial of the shelf software and descriptive literature, anticipated delivery and installation reuirements.
