The project covered by this statement consists of furnishing all plant,
supplies, equipment, materials and labor for the classification,
packing, marking, labeling, transport, storage, treatment and disposal
of hazardous waste and material at various Army & Air National Guard
Sites, Statewide, MA. All work to be performed in accordance with the
specifications. Removal shall occur in a timely manner so as to ensure
that each site remains in compliance with all federal, state and/or
local regulatory requirements. The transporter shall be licensed by the
Massachusetts DEP and drivers shall have all necessary permits and
licenses to transport hazardous wastes and shall make them readily
available for inspection. The contractor shall provide all necessary
DOT emergency response information, to included the service of a 24
hour emergency contact telephone number. The following are examples of
hazardous waste materials that may be collected under the resultant
contract, this list is by no means complete: batteries, lead acid,
antifreeze, oil, fuels, JP-8, paints, oily debris including, but not
limited to, filters, rags, and cartridges, miscellaneous lab packs and
miscellaneous friable and nonfriable asbestos. Performance period is
for one base year period with four (4) option years to be utilized at
the Government's discretion. Technical questions should be addressed to

CERTIFICATION IS NOT PROVIDED, THE BID WILL Be REJECTED AS
