Pauline Mallgrave The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) intends to enter into a sole source contract with Service America Corporation, One West Pratt Street, Baltimore, MD under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1) - Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This requirement is for catering services (including associated personnel, equipment, material, and food services) for the 18th National Information Systems Security Conference to be held October 9 through 14, 1995 at the Baltimore Convention Center, Baltimore, MD. Specifically, catering services will consist of coffee service, luncheons, and an attendees reception. The Baltimore Convention Center has reserved all catering privileges, including the sale of food and beverages, to their in-house caterer, Service America Corporation. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Written responses to this synopsis shall contain sufficient documentation to establish a bonafide capability to fulfill the requirement. A solicitation is not available. See Note 22. (0192)
