COREY, (215)697-9734 This requirement is for 100 hours of Contractor Plant Services (CPS) to the Department of the Navy personnel for training in the installation, operation, and maintenance of the Navy and Marine Corps weapons, equipment and systems on the AN/SSM-9 Video Test Set for the S-3 aircraft. Services are to commence on or about 01 September 1995 at Loral, Information Display Systems Division, 6765 Peachtree Industrial Blvd. Atlanta, GA 30360-2289. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Loral the original equipment manufacturer is the only source with the requisite data, specific technical support, and knowledgeable personnel to provide the maintenance engineering level training required. Interested parties may identify their interests and technical capability to respond to this requirement. Interested parties who contend they are technically qualified should submit, within forty-five (45) days from the publication of this notice, specific factual data; including but not limited to: technical resumes, corporate management experience and other pertinent information as so desired, to be used as an evaluation basis to determine competence to successfully perform the required services. All technical proposals received ithin 45 days notice will be considered by the Government. The Government reserves the right not to open this requirement to competition based upon technical responses to this notice. Technical responses and request received as a result of this notice of intent will normally be considered for the sole purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
