Osborne, (202)260-6454 The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has a competitive requirement for instructor services for acquisition classes using Federal Acquisition Institute training material. The Agency may order twenty (20) different courses for Contract Specialists each year, ranging from Basic Acquisition Management to Terminations. The majority of training will be held in Washington, DC; Research Triangle Park, NC; and Cincinnati, OH, but may be held in any other EPA location within the continental United States. An indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract with fixed prices per course location, including travel, is anticipated. The anticipated period of performance will include a base period of one (1) year with four (4) one (1) year option periods, for a total potential period of performance of five (5) years. This procurement will be 100% set aside for small businesses. All responsible small businesses may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the Agency.
