The work includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment and services necessary for construction of new Main Post Office in Evans, Georgia on a site located at 607 Washington West, Evans, GA. The building will have approximately 19,064 gross SF of floor space with approximately 3348 SF of covered exterior area. Some of the building features are steel frame construction with brick veneer, concrete, masonry, carpentry, modified bitumen roofing, insulation, hollow metal doors, metal studs, gyp board, ceramic tile, resilient flooring, asphalt plank flooring, carpet, painting, store fixtures, landscaping, electrical, mechanical, and other work associated with postal construction. The estimated cost of this project is between $1,500,000 and $2,100,000 with completion within 360 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed.
