Contractor shall purchase one portable classroom building, and furnish all plant, labor, materials, services, equipment and perform all work in connection with the complete installation of the building and all related work modifications, improvements and repairs in strict conformance with the applicable drawings and specifications included in the solicitation package which will be issued on or about July 17, 1995 for the Tesuque Day School, Tesuque Pueblo, New Mexico. Contractor shall purchase a building, 28'x60' (1,680 square feet), with restrooms, appropriate contruction, furnace room and storage room, to be set on concrete pads depressed to provide for grade level threshold. Provide all utility hookups for complete and normal operation of the new classroom. The new building and installation shall comply with all applicable Federal, state and local fire, safety, building and sanitary codes/regulations. Section 7(b) of P.L. 93-638 (25 U.S.C. 450e) require that prime contractors give preference in employment and training to Indian/Alaska Native individuals and that preference in award of subcontracts be given to Indian/Alaska Native economic enterprises. Failure by the prime contractor to submit a subcontracting plan for doing so prior to award and implement same after award shall be sufficient reason for non-award or termination of the contract for default.
