Furnish all labor, materials and equipment necessary to clean and remove all of the marine growth on the pier timber piling, timber pier fender system and selected timber bracing between pier piling. Marine growth removal shall be from the mudline up to just above the tidal zone; Demolish and remove the existing timber bracing between timber pier piling in the tidal zone; replace the demolished timber bracing between pier piling with new treated timber bracing in the tidal zone; install new treated timber bracing in the tidal zone; install new treated timber bracing between the pier piling at an elevation up to -10.01 below mean Low-Low Water (MLLW) and Repair the damaged timber pier piling with painted steel pipe sleeves and grout infill construction. The estimated cost of this procurement is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. Performance period is 90 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. This procurement is subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration program and is open to large and small business participation. The applicable SIC code is 1629.
