Furnish all plant, labor, equipment and material, and perform all operations necessary to relocate existing Fire Alarm Control Panels in multiple dormitories. The proposed contract listed here is being considered for 100% set aside for small disadvantaged business (SDB) concerns. Interested SDB concerns who wish to be one of the two repondents that cause the solicitation to be 100% set aside for SDB concerns in accordance with Public Law and Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) should, as early as possible, but NLT 15 days of this notice, indicate interest by providing to the Contracting Office evidence of capability to perform, bonding capacity, financial assets or line of credit, work history and contracts, affirmative statement requesting set aside action, and a positive statement of eligibility as an SDB concern as define in FAR. Letters from sureties and banks attesting to capability shall be current and dated no earlier than 90 days before the date of the response. If adequate interest is not received from SDB concerns, this solictation will be issued as unrestricted without further notice. Replies to this notice are requested from all business concerns.
