Interested SDB concerns who wish to be one of the two respondents that cause the solicitation to be 100% set aside for SDB concerns in accordance with Public Law and Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) should, as early as possible, but NLT 15 days of this notice, indicate interest by providing to the Contracting Officer evidence of capability to perform, bonding capacity, financial assets or line of credit, work history and contracts, affirmative statement requesting set aside action, and a positive statement of eligibility as an SDB concen as defined in FAR. Letters from sureties and banks attesting to capability shall be current and dated not earlier than 90 days before the date of the repsonse. If adequate interest is not received from SDB concerns, this solicitation will be issued as unrestricted without futher notice. Replies to this notice are requested from all business concerns.
