Provide all plant, labor, material, services, equipment and on-site supervision to perofrm all operations related to the complete and thorough removal, cleaning and replacement of Underground Storage Tanks (USTs) with appurtenances and site restoration at Pennsylvania Air National Guard Facility, Fort Indiantown Gap, Annville, Pennsylvania. Work includes, but is not limited to the removal and replacement of two gasoline Underground Storage Tanks (5,000 & 10,000 gallon capacities), two diesel fuel tanks (5,000 & 10,000 gallon capacities), eight heating oil Aboveground Storage Tanks (275-550 gallon capacities), thirty-six heating oil underground storage tanks (1,000 gallon capacity each) and six Oil Water Separator systems. The capacities of the forty-two replacement Aboveground Storage Tanks range from 500 gallons to 10,000 gallons. Appurtenances include all piping, connections, conduit, wire, monitoring and structural support. These tanks are assumed to be non-leaking tanks, site restoration does not include environmental remediation. All work shall be accomplished in accordance with Federal, State, and Local environmental laws, rules, regulations and guidelines. The contractor must be certified by the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Resources to perform tank removals and installations. Estimated project range is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.
