Replace weather stripping, door sweeps, door stops, bumpers, broken windows and frames, all roller bearings, pillow blocks and damaged/worn rollers; repair concrete between and under door rails, repair existing exterior panels, remove all lead-based paints and repaint both inside/outside of all doors, and level/align bottom guide rails. Performance is 90 calendar days. This notice is for Solicitation F41650-95- b-0419, 1 Job Lump Sum. The magnitude of the proposed project is between $100,000. and $250,000. Tentative date of issue is 01 Aug 95 with a tentative opening date of 31 Aug 95. The proposed acquisition listed here is being considered for 100 percent set-aside for small disadvantaged business (SDB) concerns.
