Provide all labor, equipment, materials, and supervision necessary to construct an asphalt paved parking area. Work includes, but is not limited to site earth work, installation of sub base, binder course, wearing course, concrete curbs and sidewalks, storm water inlets and pavement markings. This project includes construction of approximately 10,500 square yards of pavements and markings for 200 parking spaces. The Government shall perform soil screening tests to meet the requirements of the Environmental Protection Agency and the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Resources for work at the Harrisburg International Airport superfund site. This project is located at the PA Air National Guard Base, Harrisburg International Airport, Middletown, PA. Estimated range for this project is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. NOTICE TO OFFERORS: ``FUNDS ARE NOT PRESENTLY AVAILABLE FOR THIS PROJECT. NO AWARD WILL BE MADE UNTIL FUNDS ARE AVAILABLE TO MAKE PAYMENTS UNDER CONTRACT.
