Sullivan, 404-362-7293. Contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, material and equipment and perform all work necessary to repair the roof and remove asbestos at Building 1302. The removal of the existing roofing system, including polyurethane insulation and mastic, at the entire roof, as Asbestos Containing Roofing Material (ACRM). The disposal of the ACRM shall be in accordance with EQB/EPA regulations/requirements. Removal/disposal of all existing debris and vegetation at the roof and clean the roof with high water pressure prior to the installation of the new roofing system. Install a new modified bitumen membrane roofing system, including expanded polystyrene insulation, light weight system, including expanded polystyrene insulation, light weight concrete insulation, flashing, etc. All walls affected by the roof repair and installation shall be painted and if damaged, repair to its original condition. Performance period is 60 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Price range is between $25,000 - $100,000. This project is subject to the availability of funds.
