Scope of work: The work consists of providing all labor, material, equipment and services necessary to refurbish the air handling units. The work is to include replacement of existing condensate drain pans and associated drain piping, chilled water and steam heating coils, coil isolation valves, pneumatic actuators and reinsulation of piping and valves replaced on the air handling equipment located throughout the building as noted on the equipment schedule.
