The project involves all labor, material, equipment, tools, transportation, and performanceof all operations required to Renovate Interior of Building 1212 (approx 3,700 sf), Hanscom AFB, MA, in accordance with contract drawings and specifications. The principal items of work include but are not limited to: Demolition and Disposal of existing asbestos tiles, HVAC system, plumbing, and electrical wiring. Contractor will also install new HVAC ducts, mechanical equipment, bathroom fixtures, electrical wiring, fire detection, acoustical ceiling tile, and interior wall finishes. The performance period will be 60 calendar days. The magnitude of this project is between 100k to 500k.
