The work includes clearing, grubbing, excavation and grading, demolition and removal of trees and other elements within the construction site, cutting of adjacent bituminous pavements, construction of new parking area and access driveways to include wheel stops, sidewalks, railings, pavement markings and cleaning of existing drainage ditches, construction of new drainage structures and all related work. All in strict accordance with plans and specifications. Contract is restricted 100% to Small Disadvantage Business and is Subject to Availability of Funds.
