In accordance with FAR 16.503, it is the Government's intent to award a Requirements Type Contract to fulfill all requirements for this item from the successful offeror on this solicitation for the fiscal years 1996, 1997 and 1998. Estimated quantities for FY 1996 are 2,021 each; for FY 1997 are 1800 each; and for FY 1998 are 1800 each. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. This procurement will be a 100% Small Business Set-Aside, the size standard is 1000 employees.
