In accordance with FAR l6.503, it is the Government's intent to award
a Requirements Type Contract to fulfill all requirements for this item
from the successful offeror on this solicitation for the fiscal years
1996, 1997 and 1998. Estimated quantities for FY 1996 are 930 each; for
FY 1997 are 1860; and for FY 1998 are 1860. All offerors must meet
prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. This
procurement will be a l00% Small Business Set-Aside, the size standard
for which is 1000 employees. Interested firms are instructed to seek
source approval in order to compete for this solicitations by
submitting documentation in accordance with the Competition Advocate's
Shopping List Procedures. The Source Approval Package must be
submitted 120 days prior to estimated date of award of 4 March l996.
