spare parts to be purchased will be listed in the solicitation. The
award will be a three year requirements type contract. The Medium
Girder Bridge (MGB) is a dry gap bridge used by four North Atlantic
Treaty Organization (NATO) countries. These four countries (America,
Britain, Canada, and Australia/New Zealand) signed a quadripartite
agreement (QSTAG 418) that the MGBs, and spare parts, will be adopted
as a standardized item. The MGB components are made of a special
magnesium aluminum alloy that is not available in small quantities. All
structural components of the MGB are made of this special alloy. The
U.S. Government does not posess the drawings to manufacture the
components. The only source for the components is a company in the
United Kingdom, Williams Fairey Engineering Limited (WFEL). National
Stock Numbers (NSNs), Part Numbers, Quantities, Delivery Schedules will
be indicated on the solicitation. Some shipments of these items would
be Direct Delivery to the customers. Some shipments would be to CONUS
storage depots (New Cumberland or Anniston). See Numbered Note(s): 9,
