Unit shall be capable of dialing in and connecting to one of eight different conferences. Conferences shall be in increments of 6 ports (ie 4 conferences of 12 ports=48 ports each or 3 conferences of 16 ports=48 ports) Conference unit shall have analog 2 wire loop start with supervision and shall have the capability to restrict access by adding authorization codes. This action is being considered for 100% set-aside for Small Business (SB) concerns. SIC for this solicitation is 4813. Interested SB concerns should notify this office, in writing, of their intention to bid no later than 14 days after publication of this notice. If adequate interest is not received from SB concerns, the solicitation may be issued on an unrestricted basis without further notice. Therefore, replies to this office are still required from all interested business concerns. Solicitation documents will be made available o/a 31 July 1995.
