The response must include documentation such as test results, and a copy of the purchase order if the supplier was the vendor to the current source demonstrating that the supplier can in fact supply the item that will be form, fit, and functionally interchangeable with the item the current source supplies for this NSN. Succesful suppliers will be required to demonstrate the ability to perform first production delivery within 13 months of contract award and may be required to warrant that the items supplied will satifactorily perform when used for the purpose intended by the Army.
