The software will be used on an Amdahl 5990-1400 CPU, running with MVS/ESA, VTAM, JES2, AND CA-ACF-2. All affirmative responses must be in writing, must be accompanied by sufficient documentation to clearly show equivalent functionality, and must be received with 15 calendar days of this notice. If no affirmative written response is received within 15 days after publication of this notice, to the effect that comparable item(s)/services is/are available, and that it is more advantageous to the Government than obtaining these items/services through the current contractor, a sole-source award will be made.
