FSIS requires the latest DOS version of ISYS, with an option to upgrade those copies to Windows at a future date. A firm fixed price contract is contemplated. The period of performance is for one year, beginning October 1, 1995, with four one-year option periods. The solicitation document will be available August 1, 1995.
