Initial purchase will be 10,000 GL with replenishment during the basic year of 2,000 GL minimum and 4,000 GL maximum. Option 1: Additional replenishment per the basic year, mimimum of 2 option yrs. Option 2: 18,000 GL initial purchase iwth replenishment of 2,000 GL minimum & 12,000 maximum each year for a minimum of 3 years. Initiation of options will be determined based on test results. Requirement is for a tank type paint remover to be used to remove polyurethane and epoxy coatings from aircraft landing gear components. Remover must be qualified to MIL-R-83936, formulated with min. of 60% N-methylpyrrolidone by weight. All other solvents present in greater than 10% w/w concentration shall have a vapor pressure of less than 2 mm of Hg at 25 C. Testing consists of: Aluminum Test Panels, Steel Test Panels, Steel Test Panels, Sealant Coated Test Panels, Epoxy/Polyurethane Coating Test.
