MCBRIDE, CONTRACTING OFFICER, (334) 953-3514 This agency intends to release a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a firm fixed price contract to provide Headquarters, ROTC Physical Training Ensembles to be distributed to 147 separate college locations in the United States, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. These ensembles will consist of (1) l each Sweatshirt; (2) l each Sweatpants; (3) 2 each T-Shirts and (4) 2 each Shorts with liner. The color will dark blue cloth with white logo printed on each article. The quantity is approximately 13,000 ensembles. The quantity to be delivered to each location will vary from approximately 30 to over 300. The synthetic liner shall be similar to the one used in the Army ''Trunks, Physical Fitness Uniform'', NSN 8415-01-234-4417. Interested firms are encouraged to submit a sample with the request for a copy of the solicitation. The submitted samples will be subjected to testing for durability and shrinkage.
