Synopsis Number A-28. Provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials, parts, supervision and other items and services necessary to install front and rear air conditioners in thirty-nine (39) maintenance vans at Barksdale AFB LA. Project involves providing HFC 134A refrigerant air conditioner and installation kits for 1991 Chevrolet light truck delivery vans, model CG31303 with 6.2 liter diesel engines, utilizing the L80E electric shift transmission. Vehicles have no vacuum supply. Systems are to include compressor, compressor mounting hardware, pulleys and drive belts; front air conditioner unit to be installed in the dash unit and rear air conditioner units to be floor mounted (just behind driver's seat, similar to Frigette TK-00169 that includes all hose, electrical wire and fuses). Condenser electrical fan kit is also to be included and air conditioner system is to have drop protection (low pressure switch) for the compressor.
