Contract performance will be base year with four option years. This proposed contract is being considered for a 100 percent small business (SB) set aside. Interested SBs should, as early as possible but not later than 15 days after publication of this notice, indicate interest in the acquisition by providing evidence of capability to performand a positive statement of eligibility as a SB. If adequate interest is not received from SBs within this period, the solicitation will be issued on a unrestricted basis without further notice.
