Privott, 804/441-6560 Furnish all labor, material, equipment and supervision necessary to provide janitorial service at the NOAA, NESDIS CDA Station, Wallops Island, Va. Services to be provided on a seven day a week basis. Daily Services to be performed on an estimated 10,500 sq. ft. of area. Weekly Services to be performed on an estimated 14,000 sq. ft. of area. Monthly Services to be performed on an estimated 980 sq. ft. of area. Semi-Annual Services to be performed on an estimated 2,400 sq. ft. of area. Period of performance is October 1, 1995 through September 30, 1996, with two one year options. The proposed requirement is 100% Set-Aside for Small Businesses. A firm is a small business for the purpose of this requirement if its receipts for the preceding three (3) fiscal years is less than 8.0 million dollars.
