Lease to be provided in the following locations: Baltimore, MD; Glen Burnie, MD; Oklahoma City, OK; San Francisco, CA; Oakland, CA; Los Angeles, CA; San Diego, CA; Sacramento, CA; Clovis, CA; Windsor, CT; Decatur, GA; Springfield, IL; Madison, WS; Newark, NJ; New Brunswick, NJ; Columbus, OH; Providence, RI; Austin, TX; Salt Lake City, UT; Madison, WI; Birmingham, AL; Richmond, CA; Kansas City, MO; Jamaica, NY; Philadelphia, PA; Chicago, IL and Wilkes Barre, PA. The lease of these meters must be compatible with all Pitney Bowes existing equipment, meter supplies and ad plates/slugs. Contractor must be able to supply a monthly Official Mail Resetting System (OMRS) report both on paper and electronically. Interested vendors who can furnish the required service are invited to submit in writing a substantial statement clearly demonstrating comparable quality of services offered.
